The world famous anime studio Studio Ghibli has teamed up with Bungeishunju to launch a new Bunshun Ghibli Bunko imprint, which will be dedicated to publishing books related to the work of the studio the first of which were released this month.
Studio Ghibli have announced that their next Blu Ray release will be 1992’s Porco Rosso, and will be available in Japan from July 17th 2013.
Studio Ghibli have officially announced their next two releases, to be in theatres in 2013. Hayao Miyazaki’s ‘Kaze Tachinu’ (The Wind Rises), and Isao Takahata’s ‘Kaguya-hime no Monogatari’ (The Tale of Princess Kaguya).
In the Studio Ghibli 25th anniversary concert, Hayao Miyazaki appears in the audience with a bouquet of flowers for Joe Hisaishi. A symbolic act showing that the animation and music are equally important.

I’m pretty obsessed with that Lupin style for legs and feet. I like how bow legged and stompy everyone looks. :3c
